Burn Instructions:
Trim the wick to 1/8" before lighting to ensure the wax is close enough to fuel the flame. If at first the candle struggles to stay lit, try, try again; fragrance can saturate the wick, but persistent lighting will release the excess. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt out to the edges of the jar; this will prevent tunneling on future burns, but may take several hours. Removing the charred wick before relighting also helps maintain a clean, smoke-free burn. Burn candles in a safe place- out of reach of children and pets, and away from flammable objects and drafts. If a wax spill does occur, clean up with hot, soapy water.

Enjoy the gentle crackle of a healthier candle! We begin with 100% soy wax, made in the USA with soybeans grown in the USA. This wax contains no chemical additives or preservatives, and like all of our products, we keep it dye-free. To this we add high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance blends and hand-pour into sturdy glass jars prepped with rustic wooden wicks. The soft-wood wicks, also sourced and crafted in the USA, are a unique feature to the candle. Mimicking the sound of a wood fire, they crackle and pop as they burn. All our candles are lovingly crafted, start to finish, right here in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan!

Our natural soy wax is produced from U.S. grown soybeans. It is biodegradable and water-soluble, making it better for our environment and for anyone cleaning accidental spills. Unlike typical paraffin candles, this soy wax is non-toxic and contains no carcinogens or pollutants. With proper care it also burns cleaner with significantly less soot and is less likely to disturb those with allergies. This wax also has a lower melting point than most paraffin waxes and thus it typically burns slower and longer. Slower burn time means slower fragrance release, creating a more pleasant atmosphere for most ‘sniffers’. Even so, this soy wax is better capable of staying firm during warmer weather.
Our wood wicks have just as much to boast. Eco-friendly, clean burning wood wicks made in the USA from FSC Certified Wood.
